RETURNS - All of our products are handcrafted and we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. However, accidents will happen and we want our customers to be pleased with their purchase. Any defective piece returned within 30 days of the original purchase will be repaired and shipped back to the customer at our cost. We will also refund their shipping cost to us.
